Charter of Involvement

All the Study Centres across Northamptonshire are currently working towards the Bronze Level Active Involvement Charter Mark.  The strategy has been developed by SAIG for Children, Young People and Families to promote the meaningful engagement and active involvement of children and young people in developing services across Northamptonshire.

At the Diamonds Study Centre we are keen to make all young people who access our facilities aware of the aims and principles of the Charter of Involvement.  This award is designed to allow young people to become actively involved in decision making at our centre.  By working toward and obtaining this award we hope to further the involvement of young people in shaping our future service.  We hope to do this by demonstrating the influence of our young users in the seven categories of shared values, strategies, structures, systems, staff, skills and knowledge and style of leadership.

We welcome feedback from our young learners and will be happy to show our Charter of Involvement folder to those who wish to see our progress and offer us their feedback.
